And to remove that insufficiency People opt for Spectacles, but now a day’s people with spectacles are increasing drastically Specially the New-Generation with use of Mobile Phone, TV, Computer etc for longer period of time. And due to that retinal efficiency reduce and cause vision correction problem in future.
Using Eye
glasses for longer time give you vision correction temporally but after some time you need high power glasses to support your eyes. Spectacles
can be very problematic in our day to day activities, especially during driving,
bathing, Sleeping, Outdoor Sports Activities etc.

exercises!
A combination of
eye exercises can help to get sharper your vision with their day to day work. To get
of your eye glasses seem like exciting. By doing these eye exercises daily
combined with Nutritious diet and staying in Nature in Morning. I was able to
get rid of my glasses completely with Eye exercises that may recover your eye vision.
Exercise is slow process and needs time. You are will get the results if you
are consistent.

Lubricate
your eyes before exercise to avoid any dryness.
1.
Eye Blinking
Slow Blinking for the first 10 second than Fast blinking Shut
and close your eyes quickly for 10 seconds continuously. Fast blinking helps in
increasing blood flow and settling up moisture all around the eyeballs.
2.
Eye Rotations
Slowly start rotation for clockwise 5 times and anticlockwise
5 times, for the first time extra-ocular muscles gets stretch and will feel
some stretching don’t panic keep it slow. Once you get comfortable do this for
10 times for each direction.
3.
Eye Focusing
Stay upright position and align any object in front of your
eyes and move object forward to your eyes try to focus on it , then move that
object backward until your vision gets lowering focal. Try this exercise 10
times.
4. Upper Side Eyebrow Compression
To increase Blood flow to extra-ocular muscles slow
compression from you around eyebrow till your nose mid bone for 10 seconds will
give you immediate relief from blur vision & low focusing problem.
5.
Palming Compression
Palm generated heat will give warmth to your eyeball and keep
them relax, you need to Rub your palm together unit it gets warm and then place
it slowly on your eyes. Do this consistently as you feel relaxed.
Even if
exercises doesn’t help you, still you may notice some improvement in your vision
that leads to somehow reduce your chances of having Permanent Spectacles. But also keep in mind that we need to consult ophthalmologist for correcting vision issue
first rather than relying on exercise & food only.
