Helps with Back and Neck Pain Relief

         After corona many countries are Adapting Work from Home policies especially for IT personals. Where many people are facing discomfort in health and issues with their Neck and Back pains.


In offices we have good infrastructure and sitting arrangement but during work from home situation you won’t get that sitting arrangement as compare to office atmosphere.


And many People are suffering from back Pain and Neck stiffness, Find dificultis while working on their desk on computer and laptop for a longer period of time. Along with that if the season is winter you will face the problem more offer.


If we take some of the precautionary steps to deal with this situation we can over come it. Before that we need to find the reasons where we need to make improvement in our daily schedule.    

 

Reason for Neck Stiffness/Back Pain


1. Sitting Posture


                Many chairs have adjustable backs and hand supports with good cushioning but it may vary somehow, you should consider your sitting Position as mentioned.


 Sit upright position with lowering legs at 90 degree angle and back should be straight and arms need to be tucked on sides, Neck and shoulders should be relaxed position. Back should be proper supported with cushioning  

  

If you are on your desk keep proper distance from your keyboard, use proper palm support for typing Keep your head elevated from screen.



2. Working Conditions


                         The problem of back pain is increasing due to the habit of working continuously while standing. Most women suffer from this problem.




                     Working hours should not be in continuous, you need to take beak every 2 to 4 hrs and try to stretch your body for 10-15 mints or you can walk around, that will relieve your nerves pressure and increase blood circulation within your spinal cord and it will relax your neck and back instantly.



3. Sleeping Posture


                   Sleeping Position is very important for your back and Neck as this is the time where your spine needs support. Proper cushioning should be there along with relaxed sleeping position.


Your sleeping mattress should also not more soft or hard, it should be in medium range and your legs and neck should be properly cushioned. 


Head should be bit upright position so that blood Circulation and oxygen intake improve as shown in the image.  


For the side way sleeping you can use your legs should be supported and bend at 40 degrees angle.


Lying on stomach is also good for lungs with both hands near pillow and stomach area should be cushioned as shown in image.



4. Health Conditions


                Many People with health condition like Depression, Over weight, Spondylitis, Just cured from diseases , Knee pains etc are more prone to develop pains and need to be very alert for any pain relates to their conditions and consult there doctors immediately.   






Some health related problems are often aggravated in the winter season. It is common to experience Back pain, bone pain  or even pain from old wounds. Due to which people take different types of medicine like pain killers to get relief from this pain. Due to which they gets some rest for some time. But then it hurts in the long run.
