           Diabetes is malfunction of your internal organs when your body doesn't produce adequate insulin or absorbed as glucose you will diagnose as Diabetic. As per WHO World-wide about 422 million People have Diabetes and every year 1.5 million people dies due to Diabetes which comes from low-and middle income people. Many People don’t know about the seriousness of diseases and let it handle on their own, this cause damage to the body overall health & reduces lifespan. It is very important to understand your body condition in any diseases for better treatment & cure.

One of the most important factors affecting our blood sugar levels is diet. That is why we are always confused about what to eat and what not to eat.


Diabetes: Effective herbs to include in food


Fenugreek



        It is said that our kitchen is our medicine, so we all have fenugreek in our house, it helps to control our blood sugar. Take 1 teaspoon of fenugreek powder with warm water every morning on an empty stomach or at bedtime so that diabetes patients will get good benefits in blood sugar.


Black pepper




      Black pepper is a small herb in our kitchen which is very effective in controlling diabetes. black pepper controls our insulin intolerance and body blood sugar. Take 1 black pepper and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with warm water  on an empty stomach or at bedtime.


Cinnamon


          

       Cinnamon helps in reducing cholesterol, excess fat and insulin from our body. Taking 1 teaspoon of cinnamon with half teaspoon of turmeric and half teaspoon of fenugreek powder every morning on an empty stomach is very beneficial and effective herbs.


Nisha-Amalki



     A most effective combination of Nisha (turmeric) and Amalki (amla) is one of the beneficial  diabetes formulations as it control sugar levels. Mix an equal amount of turmeric powder and amla powder with warm water and have it on an empty stomach.


Ginger 



      Ginger is an herb that people have used traditionally in medicine for thousands of years. In our daily life, we often use ginger to treat digestive and inflammatory problems. Ginger has anti-diabetic properties and it improves our metabolism, controls blood sugar and fasting sugar, so it is beneficial for diabetic patients. Ginger should be used daily


Aloe Vera 



       Aloe Vera is a natural product plant. Although many people know the benefits of hair, for skin  but it slows down the progression of type 2 diabetes. Aloe Vera juice helps in controlling blood sugar and fasting sugar, Aloe Vera help to improve blood glucose, So a diabetic patient should consume Aloe Vera juice daily.


It is advisable to consult doctor to diagnose and does not  reliable fully on  herbs as they are for supportive purpose.
