The Best Three Asana To Start With.

Ustrasana


Ustrasana is one of the best asana for belly fat that gives your abdominal muscles a good stretch.


To start this yoga to reduce belly, kneel down and slowly arch your torso backward. Use your arms to hold your ankles and support your body weight.


Hold the pose for 10-15 seconds.


Kapalbhati




For Kapalbhati you have to Sit on the floor with legs crossover and keep your spine straight then you have to take a very deep breath and then exhale very quickly.


But do not force the breath too much. Due to this the stomach should continuously contract and expand continuously and initially one should do this for 10 to 15 minutes.


Do this yoga gradually in 10 mint interval for One to two hours maximum. But in the beginning you can do Kapalbhati Asana only for five to ten minutes.


Hastapadasana



This Asana is also proved to be very useful for weight loss. As it will direct affect your internal stomach organs. It’s very old and unique Asana which some of you might have done in your school yoga class.


For this you have to stand as mentioned in the image with your feet kept closer as Possible than Inhale deeply and slowly with stretching you’re both arms above your head, Keep your body tight as you are stretching upwards.


Now Exhale and Bend forward and down as mentioned in image keep your knees straight and your head close to your knees and take Grip of your lower legs with your hands.

Maintain this position for a minute.




These three types of asana are the best asanas. Apart form them waking up early every morning and doing Surya Namaskar refreshes one's life and gets more energy to work energetically. Regular Surya Namaskar does not cause any health related problems to a person. Scientifically we can say you can get enough of Vitamin D form Sun.
